Key Account Manager / Customer Success Manager
Natural Links is a full-cycle SEO company with a laser focus on crowd marketing and brand awareness. More than 10.000 projects completed to date, covering more than 100 countries and 20 languages. And we are looking for experienced Key Account Manager / CS Manager.
You’ll become a significant part of a successful digital agency delivering real value to our customers from all over the world.
Role overview/Key responsibilities:
– Conduct courtesy calls with clients
– Establish a customer nurturance program
– Encourage high-value services adoption
– Increase upsell (current service expansion), opportunities
– Increase crosssell (other service adoption) opportunities
– Provide ongoing value-driven communication
– Focus on at-risk renewals
– Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level)
– Sales/customer support/customer success role for 2 year+ (B2B)
– Worked in US/EU markets
– Strong desire to be always helpful
– Ability to build positive relations with users and colleagues
– Ability to analyze and understand the core of each request — not just what but why it’s needed
– Ability to effectively communicate technical information in non-technical terms
– You should be a well-organized person, who it’s easy to rely on
