Web Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Web Operations Specialist to join our affiliate team and take care of the technical administration and support of a network of websites.
This role is well-suited for a technically minded person who has basic web knowledge, is comfortable working with AI tools, and is eager to learn and grow. Most tasks are straightforward and repetitive — we value logic, accuracy, and willingness to improve over deep prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Technical administration and maintenance of a network of websites
• Working with website generation software
• Using AI tools and prompts for content generation
• Checking websites for technical issues, bugs, and incorrect behavior
• Fixing identified issues and making updates to existing websites
• Server setup for new websites (deployment, basic optimization, ongoing support)
• Managing Cloudflare (connection, configuration, basic administration)
• Connecting and managing Google Search Console
• Monitoring indexing status and basic technical performance metrics
• Maintaining simple reports on websites and completed tasks

Requirements

• Basic understanding of how websites, hosting, and servers work
• Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS (PHP or JavaScript is a plus)
• Experience working with AI tools
• Ability to identify and fix technical issues
• Attention to detail, structured thinking, and responsibility

Nice to have

• Previous experience with website administration
• Experience with Cloudflare and Google Search Console
• Basic skills with raster graphic editors
• Understanding of basic SEO requirements
• Experience automating routine tasks
