Candidate should have prior experience in SEO departments working with Guest Posts Outreach and have a solid understanding of SEO and link building overall. Our new Outreach Specialist is the one who knows how to get around publishers and using unique yet effective approaches to get the best resources for articles placement and can teach fellow Outreachers how to gain success.

Responsibilities:
– running outreach division as a team lead;
– finding best resources for articles placement according to specific requirements;
– negotiating with publishers (webmasters);
– working with resource directories and aggregators;
– selecting topics for guest post articles;
– controlling indexing of the resources;
– creating technical assignments for copywriters;
– working with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SemRush, etc..
– partnering with other backlinks providers;
– running transparent communication with the team and providing clear reporting

Requirements:
– upper intermediate English level;
– solid knowledge of SEO;
– experience working as an outreach specialist;
– experience working with Ahrefs, SemRush, Google docs;
– desire to grow and develop in SEO industry

– Cultivate long-term relationships;
– Contribute to the sales and customer success strategy and development;
– Eliminating all the reasons that might make customers leave;
– Working on upsell opportunities.

Requirements:

– Excellent communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate at least);
– Sales/customer support/customer success role for more than a year;
– Worked in US/EU markets;
– Strong desire to be always helpful;
– Ability to build positive relations with users and colleagues;
– Ability to analyze and understand the core of each request — not just what but why it’s needed;
– Ability to effectively communicate technical information in non-technical terms;
– You should be a well-organized person, who it’s easy to rely on.

Your main tasks will include, but are not limited to:
– Work directly with the Business Development Team
– Qualify inbound and outbound leads provided by marketing and other sources
– Generate qualified Sales Pipeline over the phone, email, and social platforms
– Schedule Sales presentations

– Experience using unique custom approaches to engage the prospect
– Experience using Sales Automation tools to track email, phone, social media engagement
– Experience generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQL)
