Performance Marketing Specialist (PPC)

At Natural Links, we help businesses scale online visibility through technical SEO, content marketing, crowd marketing, and link building. We’re expanding our paid acquisition direction and looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale campaigns across Tier-1 markets. You’ll work with strong budgets, performance-driven funnels, and an international marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid media strategies across multiple channels
• Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Taboola / Outbrain)
• Scale successful campaigns and test new traffic sources
• Run A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and landing pages
• Optimize acquisition funnels and conversion rates
• Monitor performance metrics and improve ROAS / CPA
• Maintain reporting and campaign analytics

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in performance marketing / PPC
• Experience with B2C products (SaaS or e-commerce preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Youtube ads, retargeting
• Understanding of sales funnels and customer journeys
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Keitaro or similar)
• Understanding of campaign planning, competitor analysis
• Experience with landing page optimization
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Nice to have

• Background in SaaS, Affiliate, or IT marketing
• Familiarity with GTM strategies and marketing funnels
