Marketing Specialist

Support and execute marketing initiatives across content, social, email, and SEO channels. Deliver high-quality campaigns, improve engagement, and ensure smooth coordination across marketing and SEO teams.

Key Responsibilities (Action-Oriented):

• Content & SEO: Manage blog publishing workflow, research guest post opportunities, and maintain SEO Content Hub.
• Social Media & Brand Presence: Draft, schedule, and monitor LinkedIn/Reddit posts; assist in visuals creation; track engagement.
• Email & Lead Nurture: Support creation of lead magnets, automated sequences, and newsletters; draft campaign emails.
• Platform & Community Marketing: Manage Reddit, directories, and brand mentions tracking.
• Events & Collateral: Prepare marketing materials for conferences; maintain internal marketing documents.

Success Metrics / KPIs:

• Timely, high-quality campaign delivery.
• Engagement growth across blog, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
• Increase in email subscribers and email campaign performance.
• Smooth cross-team coordination with SEO and design.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in digital marketing, content coordination, or SEO.
• Knowledge of content marketing, outreach, and social platforms (LinkedIn, Reddit, Medium, Quora).
• Basic SEO and copywriting principles.
• Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, or SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush) a plus.
• Strong written English and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines.

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with lead nurturing, automated email tools, or marketing platforms.
• Interest in SEO and content marketing growth strategies.
• Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns.
