Account Manager

Key Responsibilities for Account Manager:

 

  • Advocate for client success by ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client objectives through online conference calls, emails, or chat messengers.
  • Monitor project performance and profitability, utilizing key metrics to implement necessary adjustments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to enhance project management methodologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues affecting clients.
  • Conduct regular internal meetings to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Create invoices and payment links and send them to the client after the order is approved. Enter payment data and all order information into specified documents for accounting and reconciliation.
  • Primal contact person for the company’s existing clients. Includes activities connected with: sending promotional offers and notifications about new services; discussion of new orders as well as the details of each order
     

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 1+ year experience in a Support Manager role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. 
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Desire to learn and improve professionally
